This mask is not medical grade.  It has chin darts and nose dart.  Lining has a pocket to insert a coffee filter.  It takes 1 fat quarter or 2 pieces of fabric 8" X 14".   Light weight breathable interfacing is recommended to add body (I used thin leave in embroidery stabilizer by Floriani
